Where Have You Been Lately

Well I guess everybody could ask me the same thing. Where have I been lately? Well working through the menopause thing - it causes your life to pause for a bit. I've been right here all the time - just not communicating too much except with Jesus when my brain is not in a fog. I've been exercising my brain my taking a course, working slowly through it, went to YC in Edmonton last weekend - wow - 16,000 loudly praising people for Jesus - it was great. Been fighting off all kinds of influenca bugs and not winning, but I did learn something on Sunday - Faith - does it change things or circumstances - no, I don't think so - not all the time - but it does enable me to know that Jesus is always with me like He was with the disciples when they were killed for His Name sake, and for all the others who are persecuted and killed in this day and age - When Jesus returns - will He find faith on the earth? I pray He finds it in my heart and in yours.

Still Here

When I think about posting on my blog my mind is
full of stuff to put on here and then when I actually
get here my mind becomes a blank - mmmm? Anyhoo I am still
here and G-d still reigns and that is really what
counts. It is still the same - as my day is so shall
my strength be because He is the strength of my life
even when my mind draws a blank- so Shalom!

A Good Book

It has been a few days since I've been here.
I just finished reading a mini-book my friend
gave me called "Two of Me, The Struggle With Sin"
by David Wilkerson. You can find it at

My cat Lady has finally settled down and my
2 fish Hope and Love are doing just fine too.

The LORD remains faithful and present
for which I am very thankful.

Hopefully tomorrow I can find some free time
to write more--watch for my testimony of how
the Lord God brought me into His great Kingdom
and how He continues daily to work in me good
things for eternity.

The Lord G-d is a strength and shield, He give
grace and glory. No good thing will He withhold
to them that walk uprightly. How blessed is the
man that trusts in Him. Psalm 84: 11, 12

Today I was reminded how one small
unannounced phone call to encourge
someone caused such a thankful
response to G-d. Take time in your
day to let someone know you appreciate
them for their work and do it secretly
and you will be surprised by joy.

IAm Satisfied

Well I am going to try this again. It did not work the last time.
It has been a full day and I am ready for bed. I just had
a conversations with a good friend who said they were yearning
for more of God. I understand that yearning but I have to say
...So I have seen you in the sancturary, I have seen your power and
I have seen your glory, and I Am Satisfied with You (Jesus). I think
we can be hungry for more of G-d but still be so fully satisfied with Him
that we are at rest. G-od's blessings on you all in this world and good
night. I remember our time in Saskatchewan and want to be there
as soon as school is out again, but I was satisfied with our visit.
It was great. Collen I would like to talk to you in person or on the
phone some day. Is that okay with you? Anyways Goodnight all
and have a blessed safe and peaceful sleep to night. Tormorrow
is a new day, new blessings, new mercies, new glories with our G-d.

Resting Moment

Well, my cat Lady is having a rest. Since I have taken up a new interest - this -

she seems to be a bit put out. Thanks sis for the links and for the help you have
given me, I'm sure we will spend a few hours on the phone while I learn.
Thanks Nathan for the reply and the picture. One day you will see a picture or 2 on mine.

This has become a very precious promise from G-d's Holy Word, to me.
